Kloe Alexandra Zajac

Kloe Alexandra Zajac is a Research Associate at Sago since December 2022, where responsibilities include executing various data collection methodologies and ensuring confidentiality throughout the research process while collaborating with the operations team. Prior to this role, Kloe served as an Associate UX Researcher and User Acceptance Tester at FreeCast Inc from March to August 2022, conducting end-user testing to identify bugs and providing strategic feedback for app improvements. Kloe is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Design for User Experience at Lesley University, with additional education from Thinkful and UX Content Collective.
