Glenn Sagon has a diverse and extensive work experience. Glenn started their career as an Art Director at Laufer Media & Publishing in 1978 and then moved on to work as an Art Director at FCB in 1979. In 1981, they joined Columbia Pictures as a Creative Director, where they were responsible for the development and implementation of numerous marketing campaigns for both domestic and international motion pictures. Some notable films they worked on include Ghostbusters, Gandhi, and The Karate Kid. In 1985, Glenn became a Creative Director at Seiniger Advertising before co-founding Sagon-Phior in 1986. As the CEO and Co-founder of Sagon-Phior, they have been instrumental in creating Emotion Marketing and branding programs for various companies, including Rolls Royce, Microsoft, and Bentley, among others.
