Tara Gabel

Tara Gabel has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Tara started their career as a Professional Sales Representative at Golden LivingCenters, where they marketed and educated the community on the clinical capabilities of their living centers. Tara then served as a Direct Connect Team Lead at Golden Living, where they managed the office responsible for coordinating admissions for 22 living centers and built business relationships. Tara later joined Fremont Health as a Referral Specialist, networking in the community and tracking referral data for the Behavioral Medicine Unit. Tara also worked at Skyline Healthcare as a Chief Executive Officer for Plattsmouth Care and Rehab and as a Regional Director of Clinical Program Development, implementing niche programs and creating policies and procedures. At CHI Health, Tara served as a PRN Respiratory Therapist. Tara then joined Trillium Health as a Travel Administrator, providing operations support and implementing cost-saving initiatives. Tara's experience also includes roles at River City Nursing and Rehabilitation as an Executive Director, overseeing a skilled nursing facility, and at Hillcrest Health Services as an Administrator of a green house model CCRC campus. Most recently, they worked at Azria Health as a Regional Director of Business Development and later as a Regional Director of Operations, responsible for marketing, admission/census growth, and business development for multiple communities. Currently, Tara is the Regional Director of Operations at Sagora Senior Living.

Tara Gabel obtained an AAS degree in Respiratory Care from Black River Technical College from 2001 to 2003. Tara then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Bellevue University, which they completed from 2012 to 2014. Recently, Tara completed their Master of Healthcare Administration from Bellevue University in 2019. Additionally, Tara has obtained a few certifications including Advanced Cardiac Life Support from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association, Nursing Home Administrator from the National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards, and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) from the National Board for Respiratory Care - NBRC.
