Shilpa Manjunath is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and organizational development. Currently serving as an Organisation Builder at Sahaj Software since September 2021, Shilpa has previously worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Equal Experts, where responsibilities included managing the full-cycle recruitment process and addressing hiring challenges with innovative solutions. Prior experience as a Sr. HR Coordinator at BitWise Inc involved recruitment of fresh graduates and lateral hiring through campus drives across India. Shilpa began a career in Human Resources through an internship at United Software Associates Pvt. Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electronics from Fergusson College and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from AISSMS IOM.
