Charlene Falkenburger

Charlene Falkenburger currently serves as the Director of Operations & New Product Development at Sahajan since September 2024, previously holding similar positions at Dandylion and NUDESTIX. With extensive experience in operations management, Charlene has effectively managed global supply chains, launched new products, and overseen inventory for multiple brands, including Indeed Laboratories and Dr Roebuck's. Prior roles include a focus on purchasing and inventory at BITE Beauty as well as environmental technical analysis at Barrick Gold Corporation. Charlene holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering, both obtained from Queen's University.
