Vivek Kumar Agarwal began their work experience in 2006 as a Sales Development Manager at HDFC Life. In this role, they focused on increasing the quantity and quality of Financial Consultants and implementing loyalty and referral programs. Vivek Kumar also handled gift designing for high-net-worth individuals and internal clients. In 2008, Vivek joined Sahara India as an Assistant Manager in Corporate Communications, gradually working their way up to become Chief Manager. During their time at Sahara India, Vivek was responsible for ideation, conceptualization, and development of marketing communication strategies. Vivek Kumar formulated the annual marketing calendar and monitored advertising and marketing expenses, using negotiation and innovation to generate savings.
Vivek Kumar Agarwal pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing & Information Technology from Jaipuria School of Management in Lucknow. Vivek Kumar completed their degree in the years 1999 to 2001.
