Kais al-Essa

Kais Al-Essa is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As the Founding Partner and CEO of Vision Ventures since July 2016, Kais focuses on empowering startups through a collaborative approach. In addition, Kais has been a key player at Sahara Net since 1999, serving as Founder, VP of Sales and Marketing, and Board Member, overseeing sales strategies and marketing initiatives. Kais also contributed to operations at Sahara Net and is a Partner and Board Member at Tamkin Networks & Communications Information Technology. With prior experience in coordinating regional network operator meetings at MENOG, and a background in power distribution at Saudi Aramco, Kais holds an EMBA and a BSc in Computer Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.
