Crystal Barnickel

Crystal Barnickel is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the casino industry. Currently serving as the Director of Casino Marketing at SAHARA Las Vegas since January 2023, Crystal has previously held key positions including Assistant Director of Marketing and Player Development Manager at Spotlight 29 Casino from March 2021 to January 2023, and Casino Host at Agua Caliente Casinos from July 2020 to March 2021. Crystal's career at Morongo Casino Resort & Spa, spanning nearly a decade from 2011 to May 2020, included roles such as Rewards Manager, Winners Club Assistant Manager, Winners Club Lead, and Winners Club Representative. Crystal holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Purdue Global, completed in September 2021.
