Jolene Dawson

Jolene Dawson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate impact, sustainability, and agriculture. Currently serving as the Corporate Impact and ESG Manager at dss+ since March 2023, Jolene leads the execution of corporate impact strategies and drives ESG reporting initiatives. As a Board Member at Sahel Consulting and Nourishing Africa, Jolene focuses on transforming the agricultural landscape in Africa through innovative policy development and technology. In addition, Jolene holds director roles at Boost Bines and Thrive Agriculture and Nutrition, where expertise in controlled environment agriculture and strategic consulting enhances rural development and nutrition efforts. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Accenture, managing agricultural partnerships and sustainability initiatives, as well as earlier roles in business development and marketing. Jolene holds a PDM in Business Management from Wits Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and Microbiology from Rhodes University.
