Amber Woods

Amber Woods has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Amber started their career in 1990 as an Independent Contractor at Hart Mobile Home, where they performed various tasks such as demo labor, carpentry, wiring, plumbing, and painting. Amber also managed bids and billing accounts during their tenure. From 1996 to 2006, they worked as a Classroom Teacher at Muskogee Public Schools. In 2006, they joined Sahuarita Unified District as a Classroom Teacher and later took on the role of Director of Community Outreach in 2014. In their role as Director of Community Outreach, they successfully redesigned and launched a public-facing website, increased engagement on social media platforms, and launched an annual State of the District event.

Amber Woods completed their Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Northeastern State University, where they attended from 1992 to 1995. Amber later pursued a Master's degree in Technology Education from Northern Arizona University and graduated between 2008 and 2010.
