Hitesh Desai

Hitesh Desai has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Hitesh has held various leadership roles in reputable companies. Hitesh started their career as an Assistant at LIC OF INDIA in 1995 and worked there until 2007. Hitesh then joined Bharti AXA Life Insurance Co. Ltd as a Distribution Training Manager and remained in that role until 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they served as the State Training Manager at IDBI Federal Life Insurance. In 2013, they joined Wagh Bakri Tea Group as the Sr.General Manager - HR & Admin, where they worked until 2019. In 2019, they became the Head of HR at Shaily Engineering Plastics Limited. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director HR at Sai Life Sciences Ltd, a role they assumed in 2020.

Hitesh Desai completed their MBA degree from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda from 2003 to 2006. Hitesh also holds a M.Com degree and a B.Com degree from the same university, but no specific dates were provided for these degrees.
