Victoria Steadman

Victoria Steadman has held various leadership roles in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Victoria currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development and Integrated Partnerships at Sai Life Sciences Ltd. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Business Development at the same company. Before joining Sai Life Sciences Ltd, Victoria worked at Eurofins Discovery as the General Manager of Eurofins Integrated Discovery UK Ltd. Victoria also held positions at Selcia, where they served as the Director of Discovery and Associate Director of Discovery. In addition, Victoria has experience at SCI Fine Chemicals Group as a committee member and at GlaxoSmithKline as an Investigator and Principal Scientist. Victoria began their career at Merck as a Senior Scientist, focusing on Alzheimer's disease and pain research.

Victoria Steadman received a BSc. (Hons) First Class degree in Chemistry with a Year in Europe from Imperial College London in 1996. Victoria then pursued a PhD in Total Synthesis, under the guidance of Prof. Ian Paterson, at the University of Cambridge from 1996 to 2000. Following this, Victoria was a Royal Society- Fulbright Fellow, engaging in Postdoctoral Research with Prof. Amos B. Smith, III at the University of Pennsylvania from 2000 to 2002.
