Cathy Qiu

Cathy Qiu joined SAI MedPartners in 2016 and has led the SAI team to complete a wide range of successful projects in the pharmaceutical area, helping clients understand the business landscape and formulate development strategies.

Prior to joining SAI, Ms. Qiu had over 15 years of working experience in leading healthcare MNCs, with focus on commercial and SFE, which enables her to have an in-depth understanding of clients’ strategic and operational needs and accumulate rich insights into pharmaceutical strategy development and hands-on operation management.

She has solid project track record in commercial excellence assessment and benchmarking, dynamic policy investigation and go-to-market strategy development, new product market opportunity assessment, pre-launch planning, and post-launch tracking.
