Arvind Menezes

Arvind Menezes is the Global Head of Human Resources for Saisystems International. He drives our effort to deliver world-class service for our employees and contractors through the use of our company core values.

Arvind comes to Saisystems with over 20 years of experience in human capital management including rapid ramp ups, technology implementations, and employee engagement.

He previously served in diverse HR roles at Birlas, Deutsche Bank Group, Maersk GSC, Reliance and Infosys. Arvind has a depth of experience in HR strategy and operations that encompassed Business partnering, Learning and development, Talent acquisition, Compensation and benefits strategy.

Arvind is a post graduate in Human Resource Management and holds international certifications such as SHRM SCP, Certified Competency Mapping Expert AASTI U.K. & accredited BELBIN practitioner.
