Cynthia Richards

Cynthia Richards has a diverse work experience spanning over several positions and industries. Cynthia started their career at debis Fleet Management as a Senior Manager in the Key Accounts department, where they established and managed the department's strategy, policies, and procedures. Cynthia then joined DaimlerChrysler as a Key Account Manager, responsible for managing key accounts for the company. After that, Cynthia worked as a Lecturer in Marketing at the Aristotelian College of Marketing. Cynthia then moved to CURA Software Solutions, where they held various roles including Group Product Manager and Professional Services Manager. In their role as Head of Group Training & Documentation, Cynthia managed the Documentation and Training Department, coordinated training sessions, and drove the Knowledge Management initiative. Cynthia then joined SAI Global as a Solutions Consultant, where they provided expertise and support for their product offerings. Cynthia later became the Business Development Manager at SAI Global, responsible for promoting and selling the company's services and software platforms. Most recently, they served as the Presales Director for SAI360, overseeing the development of a high-performance presales team and engaging with customers to understand their requirements and present software solutions. Overall, Cynthia's experience encompasses areas such as presales, business development, professional services, training, and account management.

Cynthia Richards completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English and Political Sciences from the University of Johannesburg between 1988 and 1991. Subsequently, they pursued a Graduate Diploma in Marketing with a specialization in International Marketing from the IMM Graduate School of Marketing from 1998 to 2001. Prior to their tertiary education, Cynthia completed their Matriculation from Boksburg High School from 1984 to 1987. Furthermore, they obtained the Prince 2 - Foundation certification from APMG-International in August 2013.
