CK Chiang is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leading HR functions at prominent organizations. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources for both SAIC Capital and the SAIC Innovation Center since May 2016, CK plays a key role in supporting corporate ventures and innovative technologies in the transportation sector. Prior experience includes a position as HR Business Partner at GoerTek Inc., focusing on talent acquisition and HR systems, and a significant tenure at Foxconn Electronics, where CK managed global HR operations and compliance. CK holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science - International Studies from National Taiwan University and a Master's degree in Labor & Human Resources from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
