Ben Barrowes

Ben Barrowes is an accomplished professional in microelectronics and electromagnetics applications, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Thayer School of Engineering, Dartmouth College, where they collaborate on electromagnetic modeling and experimentation. They have held the position of Research Electrical Engineer at USACE ERDC CRREL since 2005, focusing on electromagnetics research and simulation. As a consultant at Barrowes Consulting, they specialize in converting Fortran into MATLAB. Ben's earlier experience includes a postdoctoral role at Los Alamos Laboratory and a forthcoming position as a Microelectronics Senior Systems Engineer at SAIC. They earned a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in the same field from Brigham Young University.
