Han-Ron Siah

Han-Ron Siah is an accomplished executive with significant experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as Chief Talent Officer at SAIC since June 2024, Siah previously held the same title at McDonald's from April 2022 to June 2024. Prior to these roles, Siah was Senior Vice President of Talent Management and Analytics at Marriott International, where tenure included leadership in multiple senior vice president positions focusing on talent strategy and analytics from October 2016 to April 2022. Siah's career also includes a vice president role at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., from August 2011 to September 2016, and managerial experience at Bain & Company from October 2006 to July 2011. Educational credentials include an MBA in Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and an MS in Electrical Engineering from UCLA.
