Hilary L. Hageman

Hilary L. Hageman is the EVP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at SAIC. Hilary has previously served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Cubic Corporation and as the Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel & Assistant Corporate Secretary at SAIC. Prior to that, they were the Vice President & Principal Deputy General Counsel at CACI International Inc, where they supervised legal staff and managed a broad array of legal matters. Hilary began their career as an Associate Deputy General Counsel at the US Department of Defense, where they held various senior legal positions.

Hilary L. Hageman attended Vassar College for their undergraduate degree, where they studied history. Hilary then went on to Emory University School of Law for their Juris Doctorate. After working for a few years, they decided to return to school and obtained their Master of Laws from Georgetown University Law Center in international law and legal studies.

Hilary L. Hageman reports to Nazzic Keene, CEO. They work with Michelle A. O’Hara - EVP, CHRO, Michael Scruggs - SVP, Artificial Intelligence, and Prabu Natarajan - EVP, CFO.
