Justin Magruder

Justin Magruder is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data management and technology strategy. Currently, Justin serves as an Affiliate Professor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and Chief Data Officer at SAIC. Additionally, Justin is an Advisory Board Member for the Arkansas NSF EPSCoR program, focusing on enhancing STEM education in Arkansas. As the founder and chairman of Noetic Partners, Justin delivers enterprise data management solutions to leading financial services organizations. Justin has held several prominent roles, including Chief Data Officer at Freddie Mac during the Credit Crisis and Director of Technology & Market Data Strategy at Deutsche Bank. Justin holds a PhD in Computing and Information Sciences from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School, and a BA in Political Science from Colorado College.
