Lauren Knausenberger

Lauren Knausenberger is the Chief Innovation Officer at SAIC as of September 2023, focused on leveraging technology and innovation to enhance global safety. Previous roles include serving as the Chief Information Officer, Chief Transformation Officer, and Director of Cyberspace Innovation at the Department of the Air Force from June 2017 to June 2023. Additionally, Knausenberger was a Venture Partner at NextGen Venture Partners and held leadership positions at AFWERX and Accellint, Inc., where the latter aimed at addressing defense and intelligence challenges. Knausenberger also acted as an Angel Investor and Advisor for Graphene Frontiers and worked at CACI International Inc. and American Management Systems in various managerial and analytical capacities. Knausenberger holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and degrees from Harvard Kennedy School and the University of Maryland.
