Matthew has experience working in various companies such as SAIC, The Geneva Foundation, and Lockheed Martin, where Matthew served in roles such as Senior Project Analyst, International Project Lead, and Molecular Diagnostic Trainer. With a Master's degree in Biological Defense, Matthew has a strong background in CWMD, CT, R&D, and acquisition management.
