Roger Meade

Roger Meade is a Joint Training & Assessments Analyst who has dedicated over 22 years to the Marine Corps, where they gained significant leadership experience through various combat deployments, including Kosovo, Afghanistan, and Iraq. They amassed 3,100 flight hours as a military aviator, earning multiple instructor certifications and training numerous pilots from various branches of the military. During their career, they earned two Master's degrees and are currently pursuing a Doctorate in International Studies from Old Dominion University. Since retiring in 2014, they have been involved in joint training and assessments at Booz Allen Hamilton and subsequently at SAIC, focusing on the effectiveness of the Joint Exercise Program for U.S. Indo-Pacific Command.
