Zachary Baer

Zachary Baer currently serves as the Security Team Manager at SAIC since November 2022, overseeing responsibilities of the Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) while managing a team to ensure compliance with 32 CFR Part 117. Prior to this role, Zachary was a Facility Security Officer at Alutiiq, LLC from January 2020 to November 2022 and an Industrial Security Administrator at the same company from February 2019 to October 2019, where responsibilities included managing security clearance processes and related security activities. Zachary has experience as a Marine Security Guard with the Marine Corps Embassy Security Group from January 2014 to March 2017, and as a Geospatial Intelligence Analyst in the United States Marine Corps from May 2011 to December 2013, amassing over 4,000 hours of experience in geospatial intelligence using ArcGIS. Zachary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Studies with a concentration in Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement from Regent University, completed between 2017 and 2018.
