Gilles Galle

Gilles Galle is an experienced purchasing manager with a strong background in technical and investment purchasing. Currently serving as the Purchasing Manager at Saica Group since June 2019, Gilles is responsible for managing mechanical and electrical purchasing families with an annual budget of 12 million euros at the Laveyron site. Prior to this role, Gilles held positions as Purchasing Manager at MÄDER GROUP, where strategic purchasing policies were implemented, and at Stepan Company as Global Category Manager for chemicals and oleochemicals, leading global supplier negotiations. Additional roles include Purchasing Manager at Scapa, overseeing a team and managing a 15 million euro budget, and Buyer for Roquette, specializing in a 30 million euro portfolio. Gilles began the career as a Purchasing Consultant at Buying-partner after earning a Master's degree in Strategic Procurement Management from Grenoble IAE and a Magister in Management from the University of Northern Colorado.
