Lauren Barrett

Lauren Barrett has held various roles in the finance and operations fields since 2014. Lauren began their career as the Vice President, Finance at Too Faced Cosmetics in 2014. In 2017, they moved to DRUNK ELEPHANT, LLC as the Chief Financial Officer. In 2021, they were appointed as the Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer at Shani Darden Skin Care. Currently, they are the Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer at Saie, a position they have held since 2022.

Lauren Barrett completed their MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2011, specializing in Finance. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Economics with a Minor in Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2003.
