Thomas Browning Jr.

Thomas Browning Jr. is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project and operations management. Currently serving as Project Manager at Saiia Construction Company LLC since August 2021, Thomas previously held the role of Operations Manager at SPATCO Energy Solutions and Branch Operations Manager at Total Environmental Concepts, Inc. During tenure at Total Environmental Concepts, Thomas managed projects in environmental construction, including landfill work and remediation efforts. Additional experience includes estimating positions and serving as Vice-President at Browning Construction Company, Inc., overseeing all aspects of construction projects. Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Crop and Soil Environmental Science from Virginia Tech, earned between 1990 and 1995.
