Ryan Kelly

Ryan Kelly is an experienced professional currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Sail Canada, where Ryan focuses on the development and promotion of sailing in Canada. Ryan founded Headway Coaching and Consulting, providing coaching and leadership development services and has previously held roles such as Special Advisor to the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture for the Government of Nova Scotia and Planning and Project Coordinator at the Canada Revenue Agency. With a strong background in project management and training development, Ryan contributed significantly to organizations like Bluedrop Performance Learning and Virtual Marine. Ryan has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saint Mary's University and completed a Project Management Certificate Program at the International Institute for Learning.
