Lillyanne Dunphy

Lillyanne Dunphy currently serves as the Head of Family Relations and Program Director at Sail Caribbean, where responsibilities include directing sailing programs for a fleet of seven boats and 75 students, managing a staff of 25, and creating a staff training program focused on team dynamics. Previously, Lillyanne worked as a Server at Island Creek Oysters and held the position of Provisions Manager at Sail Caribbean, where meal planning and coordinating food orders for over 100 individuals were key responsibilities. Lillyanne also gained experience as a Retail Sales Manager at The Blue Kangaroo Cafe and as a Yoga Sculpt Instructor at CorePower Yoga. Lillyanne earned a Master of Arts in Environmental Design/Sustainable Planning from the University of Colorado Boulder and completed a Study Abroad program, in addition to yoga teacher training.
