Stacie Thorlakson

Stacie Thorlakson is an accomplished communications specialist with extensive experience across various organizations in leadership and management roles. Currently serving as a Communications Specialist at Sail Maui, Stacie manages reservation software, client services, and marketing initiatives. Previous roles include Executive Director at Lahaina Arts Society Inc., where financial management and event hosting were key responsibilities, and Office Manager at Lahaina Yacht Club, where Stacie supported board operations and marketing strategies. In earlier positions, Stacie held significant roles at Akamai Business Corporation, focusing on marketing and economic development, and served as President and Vice President of the Maui Chamber of Commerce, advocating for small businesses and managing member programs. Stacie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Washington and has further education from the Western Association of Chamber Executives.
