Eric Maltais has extensive experience in logistics and customer experience, currently serving as Directeur, Logistique et Expérience client at SAIL since January 2006. Prior roles at SAIL include Directeur-adjoint, expérience client, and Directeur-adjoint, E-Commerce et processus d’affaires, among others. Earlier career positions include Gérant de district - Opérations and Gérant de magasin at Baron Sports from December 2000 to December 2005, and Gérant et Assistant-gérant at Bernard Trottier Sports from November 1997 to December 2000. Eric Maltais holds a certificat in Administration et gestion des affaires from UQAM, along with education from Cégep d'Alma.
