Amrita Sthapit

Amrita Sthapit is a seasoned professional in customer service and support, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Sailax Group Pty Ltd since May 2023. Prior to this role, Amrita held the position of Team Lead - Agent Support at Khalti from December 2022 to May 2023. Amrita has an extensive background in customer service, having worked at Daraz from November 2017 to August 2022 in various capacities, including Team Lead for both Outbound/CXP and Inbound teams, as well as roles in Issue Resolution and Digital support. Amrita began their career at Regal Trading Enterprises PVT LTD. as a Receptionist and Assistant Accountant from February 2014 to October 2017.
