Vasco Serpa

Vasco Serpa is the Founder & CEO of SailCascais since September 2017. Prior to this, Vasco was the Managing Director at 1OAK CAPITAL LIMITED from October 2014 to October 2015. With a background in finance, Vasco has held various executive positions at companies such as Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, and Espírito Santo Investment Bank (BESI). Vasco obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Universidade Nova de Lisboa in 1995.
