Lauren Cooney

Lauren Cooney is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in ocean engineering and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Saildrone Inc since August 2019, Cooney has previously held various roles, including Engineering Manager for the Vehicle Systems Integration Team, Software Engineer, and Senior Solutions Engineering Lead. Prior experience includes a tenure at Teledyne Webb Research as a Controls Engineer, developing software for autonomous underwater vehicles, and roles at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, focusing on spacecraft control anomalies and model-based systems engineering projects.
