Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, education, and business management. Currently serving as the Propietario of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, worked as a Nutrióloga in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and served as a university instructor teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Licenciatura in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México.
