Manlio Accardo

Manlio Accardo has a diverse work experience in various companies. Manlio is currently a Board Member at Nautor Swan since July 2021. Prior to that, they founded Sailogy in 2012 and served as the CEO, overseeing boat chartering operations in 35 countries. Before their role at Sailogy, they worked as the Director - Head of Corporate Marketing at Ferrari from November 2011 to March 2012. Manlio also worked as the Marketing and Sales Director at Interporto Campano from July 2008 to February 2012, where they assisted the General Manager in a turnaround project. In addition, Manlio worked as a Consultant at Bain & Company from September 2006 to August 2008. Their earlier experience includes working as a Marketing Project Manager at Ferrari from August 2001 to July 2004, where they developed CRM strategies, coordinated suppliers, and conducted research on potential business partners.

Manlio Accardo obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Nottingham Trent University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Later, they pursued further education at the London Business School, earning an MBA in Business Administration between 2004 and 2006. In addition to their formal education, Manlio Accardo obtained a certification in MYBA Yacht Charter from MYBA The Worldwide Yachting Association in March 2015.
