Rachel Elliott

Rachel Elliott has a diverse work experience. Rachel currently serves as the Chief of Staff at SailPlan, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to that, Rachel worked at Capital One, where they held two roles. From August 2020 to September 2022, they served as the Sr. Project Manager - Talent & Performance Management, Leadership and Culture. From July 2019 to August 2020, they worked as a Supplier Manager in Enterprise Supplier Management. Before their time at Capital One, Rachel gained experience as a Business Development Intern at the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Greater Virginia from August to December 2018. Rachel started their career as a Personal Assistant at adc Direct, where they worked from January 2012 to May 2017.

Rachel Elliott completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Virginia Commonwealth University between 2016 and 2019. Rachel has also obtained additional certifications including "Certified SAFe® 4 Scrum Master" from Scaled Agile, Inc. and "VCU School of Business International Consulting Completion."
