Oleg Mikhalev

Oleg Mikhalev has worked in various roles in the tech industry since 2010. Oleg began their career as a Software Engineer and Software Architect at OSTU and RCEI in 2010. In 2012, they joined Odlas as a Software Engineer and Software Architect. Oleg then moved to OTR in 2013, where they worked as a Software Engineer and Integration Engineer. In 2015, they joined Mail.Ru Group as a Software Engineer. In 2017, they began working at \u0422\u0438\u043d\u044c\u043a\u043e\u0444\u0444 \u0411\u0430\u043d\u043a as a Program Manager and Technical Project Manager. In 2018, they joined Avito as a Software Engineer. Oleg is currently the Chief Technology Officer at SailPlay.

Oleg Mikhalev has a postgraduate degree from Belgorod National Research University in System Analysis, Management and Information Processing (2012-2016). Prior to that, they completed a course in Software Technology at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (2011). Oleg also holds a specialist degree in Software Engineering and Computer-based Systems from the Orel State Technical University (2007-2012). Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from the Lean Kanban University: Kanban Management Professional (KMP II) in May 2019 and Kanban System Design (KMP I) in January 2019.
