Cathy Mallet

Cathy Mallet is an experienced manager in technical documentation, currently serving as a Manager at SailPoint since June 2015, where responsibilities include producing content for the IdentityIQ identity governance product suite, such as product documentation and technical white papers. Prior to that, Cathy held the position of Documentation Manager at IBM from April 2010 to May 2015, overseeing a team dedicated to master data management software. Earlier experience includes documentation management roles at Initiate Systems, NovusEdge, Motive Inc, and Vignette, with a foundational career as a technical writer at Ambac Connect and Advanced Procurement Systems. Educational qualifications include an M.A. in English from the University of Oxford and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame.
