Kristin Jones is an accomplished Executive Recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various sectors. Currently at SailPoint since February 2021, Kristin previously served as a Senior Talent Consultant at Nutanix, focusing on marketing, general administration, and leadership roles. Prior to that, Kristin was the Talent Acquisition Lead at Cloudera, overseeing global recruiting for marketing, general administration, and sales operations, following a merger with Hortonworks. Kristin's earlier career includes significant roles at Quest Software/Dell, providing strategic staffing support across several regions, and as a Senior Contract Recruiter for Fremont Investment & Loan, where Kristin specialized in full-cycle recruiting for G&A functions. Kristin began the professional journey at Expanets/Avaya, where regional recruitment efforts were concentrated on building a new corporate office.
