Jo Harlow

Jo joined the Board on 11 September 2017 and became Chair of the CR&S Committee in May 2018. She is a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees. Jo brings a wealth of experience in consumer-facing businesses and in the telecoms and technology industry, both in the UK and internationally. Jo spent 12 years in a variety of senior management roles with Nokia and Microsoft, prior to this she spent eight years at P&G and 11 years at Reebok in senior sales and marketing positions in both Europe and the US. Jo currently serves as Non-Executive Director of InterContinental Hotels plc and technology company, Halma plc. She is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Ceconomy AG, the German consumer electronics company.
