Lucia Moni - Assoc. Cipd

Lucia Moni, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), currently serves as Head of People in various technology and engineering roles at Sainsbury's since June 2024. Previously, Lucia was Head of People at AB InBev from February 2018 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading the People strategy for the DTC venture PerfectDraft and serving as a Global People Business Partner for Zx Ventures, significantly improving parental leave policies and developing tailored on-boarding programs. Earlier experience includes roles as Training and Development Manager at Compass Group UK & Ireland and Training Manager and HR Administrator at Rare Restaurants. Lucia holds a CIPD Diploma Level 5 in Human Resources Management and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration and Management from Universidad del CEMA and Regent's University London.
