Matilda Medley

Matilda Medley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change management and organizational operations. Currently serving as the Behaviour Change Manager at Sainsbury's since February 2025, Medley's prior roles include Change Manager at North Highland and Business Analyst at The MBS Group. Additional experience encompasses positions as Strategy Consultant at Medicines for Malaria Venture, Research Consultant at Changing Social, and Operations Analyst at The Grange School Chile, where Medley focused on budget management and supported inspection activities. Early in the career, Medley contributed as a Human Resources Consultant at The Bridge Social and as an English Teacher at Colegio San Miguel Arcángel. Matilda Medley holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from Durham University Business School, along with degrees in International Business from HEC Lausanne, Management from Stockholm University, and English from Queen Mary University of London.
