Naomi Humphrey

Naomi Humphrey is a dedicated and results-driven Senior Customer Experience Leader with extensive experience in enhancing customer journeys across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Customer Experience Lead at KFC UK & Ireland since September 2021, Naomi has previously held roles such as Senior Customer Experience Manager at Sainsbury's, where strategies were developed to improve customer satisfaction and facilitate multichannel experiences.
