Customer Experience Manager at Tebra

Nathan Aulbaugh has a diverse work experience. Nathan started their career as a Docent at The Ocean Star Museum in December 2012. Nathan then worked as an Inventory Control Specialist at Wal-Mart from May 2013 to August 2013. Following that, they worked as a Disaster Recovery Associate at Reynolds & Reynolds in College Station, Texas, from September 2013 to May 2015. In May 2015, Nathan joined Phillips Event Center as an Outdoor Service staff, where they maintained cleanliness and serviced gas carts. From August 2016 to September 2017, they worked as an IT Auditor at Lamar University. Nathan then joined Moore Supply Co. in February 2018 as a Customer Service Sales Specialist until April 2020. Starting in May 2021, they worked at PatientPop, a Tebra company, first as a Customer Support Representative, and then as a Billing Specialist from April 2022. Nathan is currently working at Tebra as a Customer Experience Manager since August 2023.

Nathan Aulbaugh completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management Information Systems, General from Texas A&M University, from 2012 to 2016. In addition, they also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University, College Station, during the same period. Nathan also obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in November 2020.
