Paul Miller

Paul Miller serves as the Regional Stores Director at Sainsbury's, having joined the company in January 2003. In this key leadership role, Paul oversees 26 store managers, ensuring excellence in operational performance, food safety, health and safety, and customer experience. Previous positions at Sainsbury's include Head of Stores, Retail Transformation Lead, Area Manager, and Regional Operations Manager, where responsibilities involved managing operational practices across 33 stores and contributing to financial planning and strategy. Prior to Sainsbury's, Paul was a Store Manager at Iceland Foods from April 1992 to November 2002. Paul completed education at Addington High School from 1987 to 1992.
