Sam Daniells

Sam Daniells is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the retail sector, currently serving as the Head of Property Finance at Sainsbury's since August 2019, while also holding the title of Head of Central Trading Finance. Previously, Daniells spent eight years at Argos in various roles, including Trading Financial Controller and Reporting and Forecasting Financial Controller, after starting a career at Homebase where positions included Big Ticket Finance Manager and Senior Financial Analyst. Daniells began professional training with Home Retail Group PLC as an Investor Relations Analyst and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy & Management Control from Sheffield Hallam University, complemented by membership in The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
