Sandeep JOSHI is an experienced professional with a robust background in customer experience management and technical operations within the telecommunications industry. Currently holding positions as Customer Experience Manager and previously as Customer & Trading Manager at Sainsbury's since August 2018, Sandeep has also served in various technical leadership roles, including DT/CTO at TriNet S.A. and Technical Director/CTO at Afrique Tech & Services. Sandeep's expertise encompasses managing operations, overseeing network performance, and driving business development strategies. Earlier roles included working with Airspan Networks in EMEA operations, where responsibilities entailed site surveying and project implementation across multiple countries.
