Molly McKean

Molly McKean is the current Executive Director of Human Resources at Saint Anselm College. Molly has held this position since January of 2018. Prior to their current role, Ms. McKean served as the Director of Human Resources for the Town of Salem, NH from January 2012 through December 2017. Before their time in Salem, Ms. McKean worked as an attorney for the Employment Practices Group from November 2007 to January 2012 where they focused on internal investigations, policy guidance for employers, harassment training, workplace culture and litigation of employment matters on behalf of employers and employees throughout New Hampshire. Prior to their work with the Employment Practices Group, Ms. McKean worked as an associate attorney for Ransmeier & Spellman, PC from September 2000 to November 2007 where they focused on employment and civil rights defense matters.

Molly McKean has a Juris Doctor from the UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law, a Bachelor's degree in Art & Art Theirtory from Colgate University, and is certified from The NCHERM Group in ATIXA Title IX hearing Officer & Decison Maker and Society for Human Resource Management in SHRM-SCP.
