Rachid Khamlach

Rachid Khamlach has extensive experience in project management and team leadership within the IT and insurance sectors. Currently serving as Manager - Responsable Delivery at Mutuelle Saint Christophe since November 2018, Rachid oversees a team of 20, managing diverse projects across Contracts, CRM, and data analysis. Prior to this role, Rachid worked as Program Manager for DSI Axa France, leading significant initiatives such as the transition from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and overseeing security projects with a budget of €9.4 million. At AXA en France, responsibilities included managing outsourcing contracts and optimizing project portfolios, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and integrating technology solutions. Rachid began a career in IT consulting at Capgemini and holds a Dess degree in EEA from Université d'Orléans.
